The story

Maria was created for someone who wanted the symbolism to be unmistakable, but the execution to feel refined and grown-up. The centre is a beautifully cut heart-shaped diamond, surrounded by a delicate halo and set on a pavé band in cool white metal.

  Symmetrical, bright and full of life. The facets create a soft, star-like pattern through the middle of the stone.

  A fine row of round brilliant diamonds encircles the heart, tracing its outline and amplifying the sparkle without adding heaviness.

  The shoulders are set with diamonds almost all the way around the top of the shank, creating a continuous line of light that meets the halo seamlessly.

  Polished claws hold the heart securely at the cleft and point while keeping the silhouette crisp and open.

  From the side, the ring reveals an open, architectural gallery with the exposed, diamond-set detail of the pavillion beneath the heart, a private touch visible only from certain angles.

• Each halo stone is set under magnification to follow the curve of the heart precisely.
